The all rounder Producer, Musician, Singer and Songwriter ‘Kelly Mueller’, has now firmly stamped her mark on the global music industry. Kelly is the principal musician and producer within the UK production company powerhouse that is ‘Audiofreaks’, and is also recognized as being one of the most talented singer/songwriters around today, with the added bonus of being stunningly beautiful. In the last month alone, whilst wearing her producer and musician hat, Kelly has produced mixes for artists such as Mary J Blige, Crystal Waters, Alexander O’Neal, Ce Ce Peniston, Chaka Chan, Wiz Khalifa, Juliet Roberts and Martha Wash, and record labels such as Sony BMG, Ministry Of Sound, Hard 2 Beat, EMI, Stateside, Champion, Interscope, Trackworks US, Big Management US, Fierce Angels, AATW & Universal.
Kelly is also one third of the globally acclaimed, chart busting pop/dance production team known as ‘Soulshaker’, and under her Soulshaker guise has enjoyed several No1 dance chart positions and dozens of top 40 MW chart positions. Kelly is once again this week holding the No1 position in the UK’s MW Dance Chart and Buzz Chart, with her Soulshaker mix of ‘Robin S “Show me Love” on Champion Records. As part of Soulshaker, Kelly was voted as having the second biggest dance track of 2006 in the Music Week Top 100 Chart, and another top 5 position in the same chart in 2007.
Kelly’s musical ability enabled her to win a place at the renowned Leeds College of Music at the age of 15, and upon graduation she was presented with the ‘John Coates Award for the Most Outstanding Musician of the Year’.
Kelly is as versatile a musician and producer as you will ever meet, and is equally at home whilst producing and writing epic scores for contemporary Ballads, as she is writing and producing out and out Pop dance tracks and Urban/R&B tracks.
As an Artist in her own right, it has only ever been a matter of time before Kelly was noticed, and she has now started to attract the attention of several of the Worlds biggest record labels, and this has just seen Kelly recently perform an exclusive showcase for SonyBMG at their headquarters, at the direct request of Ged Doherty (The Chairman) and the Head of A&R, at similar at Sanctuary Records, with showcases coming up at Peer Music and the SYCO label.
Kelly’s lifelong ambition has been to become a globally successful recording artist, writer, producer and musician, and she is starting to realize her dreams now within each of these areas. She has recently been No1 on Channel 4’s top 100 Best unsigned Artists chart, has been booked to do a 15 date tour of the US, and was invited to perform at the opening ceremony of the forthcoming Beijing Olympics in China, where she had already toured extensively. She has attained best song or best new artist listings in numerous Trade Music Magazines, reached No1 in numerous internet site charts, not to mention attracting the attention of many of the Worlds A-list producers, artists and writers eager to work with her on new material.
In recent months, Kelly has been approached to work with writers and producers as diverse as Chris Robinson (Estelle, Akon, Beyonce, Mark Morrison) Rob David (Kylie etc), Hannon Lane (Timberland camp in the US), Big Reese (Pink, TLC, Outcast), Corrado Rustiki (Andrea Bocelli, Pavarotti etc ), Stuart Epps (Elton John, Robbie Williams, Chris Rea, George Michael, Barry White), Derrick McKensie (Jamiroquai), Barry Andrews/David Meyers (Simon Cowell, Sonita, Billy Ocean, Top Of The Pops etc), Carmen Rizzo (Coldplay, Seal, Alanis Morisette, Oakenfold etc) and Steve Brown (The Cult, George Michael, Manic Street Preachers etc) , and Artists such Eric Benet, Amber Dee (US), Cristina Milian (US), Kiley Dean (US), Kelly Marie Smith (UK – Shapeshifters), Ross Copperman (US) and Steve Edwards (UK – World Hold On) etc.
Kelly was also picked by Destiny’s Child manager (Matthew Knowles) and the Sony/ BMG promotions team out of tens of thousands of UK artists, to become part of the last 'Chancers' series on Channel 4. Sadly, Kelly could not join the Chancers series for personal reasons, and the producers were forced to find a replacement for her in the show. As it turned out, it was a fortunate twist of fate for our company, because if Kelly had performed on the Chancers show, in all probability, we never would have had the opportunity of working with her.
